We at AKI are dedicated to the cause of orphans and education. After the impressive orphanage report, the Academic report too is very encouraging. SSC Results of all the 18 A.K.I. Secondary schools have seen an upward surge of 93.83% from 91% last year. 07 Schools of AKI delivered 100% results and 26 students achieved above 90% marks. Aggregate HSC Results (2017-18) of 3 Junior Colleges that we run stand at 88.92%.

Ten Primary Schools have also shown an improved result. 208 Students passed with A- Grades as compared to 194 students last year.

The first batch of three secondary schools namely Madanpura Girls, Vikhroli Girls & Nalasopara Girls, appeared for the first time with Semi English pattern in SSC Exams and succeeded in securing 100% results.

Extra efforts were made for weaker students to help them achieve better results. The Government of Maharashtra has started the ALP- Accelerated Learning Programme for students of standard Nineth, and AKI Girls Madanpura and Girls Vikhroli have been selected to host this program in their respective wards.

Pune College students have consistently been appearing in the Merit List of Savitri Bai Phule Pune University-(SPPU). This year following three students of Poona College got listed in University Ranks.

• Moosa Zeenat Ridwan Secured the first rank at SPPU in M.Sc. (Computer Science) 87.06%.
• Sneha Shankar Nikalje Secured the first rank at SPPU in M.Sc. (Zoology) 81.81 %.
• Shaikh Arshin Yasin Secured the third rank at SPPU in M.Sc. (Computer Science) 83.89 %.
